things are getting better

hello mike nation! it's your president, mike. i've been having an amazing week. on saturday, i found out i was finally hired for a job after 2 straight months of job hunting. on sunday, i played a jazz trumpet solo set in a local city award show. on tuesday, my girlfriend graduated with her bachelor of music degree (the same degree i got last october!). today is wednesday. so much has happened within just a week. it's crazy.

i still dont know when my first day of my new job is, but I hope it's this week. that would be great. i want moneyyyyyy.
